Tucson Conference and Resort Photographer | Loews Ventana Canyon Resort Coyote Corral

Red Mesa Conference Photography was invited to refresh the event photography for Coyote Corral at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona, capturing both the venue and the experience of guests attending an evening event.

Located on the resort property, Coyote Corral is a 22,000-square-foot Western-themed village designed for private dinners, cookouts, live entertainment and group celebrations.

The goal of the photography was to showcase what makes the space unique — from its Western-inspired architecture and desert surroundings to the food, décor, entertainment and activities available to guests.

Throughout the evening, we photographed the event as it unfolded, capturing everything from the outdoor grilling experience and beautifully prepared tables to live music, interactive activities and guests enjoying the space.

Activities such as leather stamping, cocktail experiences, live music and other Western-themed entertainment give groups plenty of opportunities to interact and create memorable experiences. Rather than simply photographing the venue empty, our approach focused on showing Coyote Corral in use and the experience it provides for attendees.

The resulting imagery gives Loews Ventana Canyon Resort a collection of photographs that can be used to showcase Coyote Corral to meeting planners, corporate groups and organizations considering Tucson for their next event.
